Doesn't work without an order#. I haven't seen an order number in years.

When they create a self install job it should have a work order number.

I called and a tech gave me an order# and when I registered it says my Account# is invalied.

I wonder if it takes a few hours/day before an account is ready for registering??

Edit: Tech told be he couldn't help me. What a joke.
