<description><![CDATA[chimaera102 posted : Yeah I've noticed that on occasion as well when surfing every once in a while - from what I gather it's because some network link goes down somewhere along the line and they have to route through equipment that doesn't provide the most optimal ping times. I also had a case a few years back where the SNR ratio for my modem dropped really low and I was seeing a lot of packet loss too, meaning website surfing (and most other stuff) was pretty cruddy until I got my modem swapped.<br><br>Hope it stays good for you now though!]]></description>
