Both quotes you obtained were for a one year policy? If yes, then best go with GEICO if their quote was also for a year policy and not for a 6 month one.
my experience: their rates will either be amazing or horrible. in one state on west coast, i saved $400/yr on my vehicle insurance. when i moved to another state (in midwest), rates practically doubled.
