comments on review of Comcast XFINITY → stuck

I feel your pain buddy! I am paying 59.95 a month just for internet, I hate writing that check every month! But I am stuck I have no one else to use so I'm stuck.

Hoping Verizon FIOS will reach the neighborhood eventually. Maybe it will get to Plymouth also.

One time when I called trying to resolve slowdowns, with no prompting the rep offered a big discount off of our regular bill. That went away a few months ago.

With this downturn (depression) I'd imagine Comcast would be even more likely to do do that. But what I'd really like is a service that worked properly 24/7.

Upload speed has been testing out at 68 recently. OUCH!!!
