Verizon FiOS → [ fiber tech] Who do I call?????

Trying to get FIOS installed. Entire neighborhood connected except for group of 10 houses. Looks like they stopped running the fiber halfway down the street. I have called Verizon several times and get nowhere. Does anyone know what department or phone number I can call to find out if/when they will wire the rest of my street or to see if it was forgotten by the company that wires the neighborhood. the reason I think it was forgotten is that the next street over was wired last week and we were the only streets in the neighborhood that were unable to get FIOS.
