Re: Does anyone really has 7Mbps sync from Primus?

Is this 7 meg service available in Montreal..??
Yes, depends on whether we serve your CO. Actual speed depends how far are you from CO. Our cards are supporting 12Mb profile, however we do not sell this service yet. Need to be very close to CO to get 12Mb.

Geography does not help, NPANXX (your area code and 2 digits of the phone number) does help me to tell if we are at your CO.

TBBPM,

Could you please check if NPA 416 NXX 222 is at the CO? I am on a remote with Bell DSL at the moment since the best sync I can get with it at the CO is 1.5 Mbps (I think it's the Yonge and Finch CO in Toronto).

I guess in that case it's sort of useless anyways. Would you provision on the Globility DSLAMs or a Bell remote in this situation?

We do have our equipment at Finch CO, however, we still rely on Bell for the last mile - copper wire. If they serve you via remote, we cannot use it. There is only a remote chance that there is a quality A5 line that bypasses your remote and is available to us, but I would not bet on it.
