Hmmm...a pretty tall order particularly when there are numerous public time servers already in operation. Personally I recommend using a public pool service. For example I have my home desktop and laptop pointed to

Everything's already working correctly. It's just that I need someone to confirm for me where the problem is, whether it's on AT&T's lines or if it's just me.
So far I've confirmed it to be AT&T's lines.
And as for using a public pool service, no thanks. I've got a working set-up that just needs a little more help in figuring out where the blockage's occuring.
