But some places in IL allowed people to upgrade to D3 tier ultra, using a D2 modem, if that is common in your area, it would not be suprizing to see some channels maxed out. that said if you call 1-800-COMCAST, im sure they can verify you are provisioned for blast. or one of the helpful comcast techs on this forum can also help if you PM one of them.
