<description><![CDATA[Comspastic posted : Piece of advice, don't go buy a modem, rent one for the $3/M Call the call center tell them you are having ongoing speed issues and would like a trouble call to swap the modem for a rent, if the rep schedules the job right you will not have to pay for the service call, as all equipment swap SVC calls, you do not get charged for. Had I had powerboost on my 6/1 package I would have never done the upgrade. I am betting there is an issue on the CMTS configuration in my area. I subscribe to Blast with 16/2 speeds and have never gotten higher then this on speed tests. I see some people getting way higher burst speeds but I have never gotten them. Is it possible we have blast but no powerboost in my area?]]></description>
