No, Earthlink knows that there's a problem with the kits. As far as I know, they've been trying to get this problem ironed out. Unfortunately, some things are still out of the hands of customer service, though they will always try their best to get your stuff to you. A friend of mine had a total of 4 kitfixes done. Each time, the representative apologized and filed the information. It wasn't the representative's fault. They did what they could, but with anything human-made there will be flaws. Keep that in mind and be patient. In this case, very good things came to those who wait. My friend now runs at 1.3Mbps (I don't have a CLUE how he runs that fast), and his connection is rock-steady.
