World of Warcraft → [WotLK] Is there a level requirement for Dalaran cooking dailies

Pre-3.1, I had 8 alts doing the cooking dailies in Dalaran. Their levels ranged from 70 to 80.

Patch day, only my 80 warlock and 77 DK saw the blue (!), the rest saw it as silver, meaning they could not get the quest.

Wednesday and Thursday, all could do the daily. Today, only 77+ can, once again.

Is this a bug, or is there now a level requirement? Because all their skills are above 400.

Not a problem, they'll probably fix it in the next micro patch.

Worked for a day, now the cooking quests have been unavailable since Friday.

Alts level 76 and below only see the silver exclamation point. Not sure if level is actually a reason, but all have cooking over 400.

Yea I was confused when my alt JC didn't have his daily availible yesterday. On a side note, with the new pvp necks and rings I was able to max out his JC with only a stack of Titanium and a little luck.
