Comcast XFINITY → High court settles Internet dispute

Any one have any ideas as to how this will effect us? Will rates increase or decrease or will service be affected such as expansion. It almost sounds like the Telco Act of 96'. Will the owners of these poles now make it difficult 4 expansion and or repair. Tech and Business Heads Reply!
