GM is going to be sold

Sergio Marchionne that currently run Fiat was not a car guy either. Fiat is now in a good position due to very wise decision making. Hopefully we will see the same here. I have said it many times before, GM will be a foreign entity very very soon due to either a "partnership" or merger. GM has always been a target in this manner, one of the only things that prevented it from happening are GM's legacy costs(which are much much smaller), union contracts (which are much altered now) and the sheer cost (GM is now much smaller, stock extremely low and no one really cares much for them). Why would another entity now look the other way when they can snatch this up on the cheap after it comes out of bankruptcy?

Ed Whitacre will position GM for sale or merger in order to increase stock holder value (those that are let anyway). This is America dude, the only thing that matters is shareholder value, not keeping an American nameplate American.
