Re: [OOL] OOL Business w/Static IP question ... Please Help!

I need them because my 2 networks are all set up to use them the way I am using them. I have the routers all set up with the IP addresses and Port Forwarding and custom software that makes database (and other) calls to the servers based on their IPs .... so now I will have to go and recode all the custom software to now point to the new IPs ...

But it's not the point why I need them, the fact is that it should be no problem for OOL to move the IPs with me ... its just that their customer service and phone reps SUCK big time and have no idea what they are talking about.
The techs are great, they know everything, but I can only reach these lame ignorant fools at customer service and no matter how I try, after hours of calling back, I still could not find the right person to help me.
Tech says it IS possible, but when he transfers me to the dept to handle the 'move/transfer', they are all complete morons that are ignorant and don't know what they are talking about and say it can't be done and want me to open 2 new accounts with them instead of moving my present ones; it must be a scam where the rep profits when he/she opens a new account instead of doing a 'move\transfer' like they should...

lame ignorant fools, complete morons, scammers...
nice attitude there buddy.

if you would've properly setup your systems in the 1st place, you wouldn't have to depend on these complete lame ignorant moron fool scammers to move your ip.

Get your own multihomed IP range with an ASN number and never have to worry about your IPs changing because you own them.
