DSLR Tools just showed the following:

download speed 1315 kbps.
upload speed 263 kbps.

Thats half the download speed I used to have. But its better than it was this morning when I had only about 500 kbps. Cannot connect through IP sharing Router only through PC hooked up directly to Cable modem. Spent last 2 days trying every possible combination - still doesn't work. Email quit working today. Their Support phone is either not working or too busy. Had a complete outage about 2 hours ago. I'm in NE Phoenix. I had a bad feeling when I heard we would switch, but this is worse than I expected.

MY IP Router works fine. Wipw out all the settin and then power cycle. Computer name is irrelevant. The domain is ph.cox.net but it should put that in itself. Make sure it is set to DHCP and you dont have a static IP.
