The real scam is having roll over minutes. It's a trick.

How are the rollover minutes a scam? They are there to help and give you a good indication if your on the wrong plan.

That's the trick. I can have 1000 roll over minutes a month. Now I know I'll never use over 500 minutes a month, so why do I need to have 1000 extra minutes?

I can save $ by dropping my plan down to a 750 min/month plan...

How's that a trick? You can drop and increase your plan without extending your contract? Seriously your logic makes no sense?

We have att for non-profit group and started out with a high plan because folks were using it. Over time they weren't and the dead give way for me is the rollover minutes. I let it slide for two months before I dropped them down a plan.

No different they paying VZ or any other provider for more minutes you aren't using. The benefit of rollover is if you go over one month your covered.

Trust my I am not saying ATT is the greatest but it is a nice feature.

Except that some of us are already on the cheapest plan and can't get LESS mins.
Besides, as gdm said, If I go over one month, I'm covered.....

I've actually gone over twice in the year and a half that I've had the plan, but AT&T didn't ding me for them because I had a store of unused mins from another month.
