<description><![CDATA[funchords posted : [note: I consult with Free Press, but I haven't talked to anyone at Free Press about this story or program.]<br><br>Okay, <b>real good</b> on the target of who badly needs help: older children in middle and high school who can't do their homework or apply for scholarships due to the lack of online access.  <b>Not so great</b> that it's only two years, given that they will need this help from seventh-through-twelfth grades. <br><br>But isn't the problem that <b>broadband generally is priced too expensively</b>, owing mostly to monopoly/duopoly cable and telephone providers having too little competition to tame prices naturally?
