1: Shaw STILL has not sent out the modem. 2: They tell me today (Jan 13, 2010) that they can send out a tech BUT it will not be till the 25th of January
So it will take almost 2 weeks to get someone to take a look at this issue that they have caused back on Dec 12, 2009

You should bring your old Terayon to a retail center and trade it for a new one instead of waiting for them to mail it. |

No my legs aren't Broken pkarlos_76! Nearest place to pickup a new modem is Kamloops an hour away. Neighbor was told she could exchange her's up in Kamloops so she took 2.5 hours out of her day and $20 in fuel to go there to exchange and when she got there, they didn't have any modems! I am paying for a service that they are not providing. The point is THEY should be getting a tech here to exchange the modem, not me going all over the country trying to find one. |
