<description><![CDATA[elpresidente posted : Any idea when the next tier plans will be rolled out in downtown Phoenix? I have some evil intentions with 2 hsi accounts and a hotbrick since qwest fails or I would use them as my second line on a hotbrick for 20Mbps upload.<br><br>When the 50/5 service comes out will Cox have any issues with me fully paying for 2 hsi accounts at this level and hotbricking them with load balancing for 10Mbps total upload?<br><br>This also makes me curious about any business docsis 3 offerings that may provide substantial upload bandwidth in the $150-$300 range.<br><small>--<br>Lol internet</small>]]></description>
