That really sucks. I live in Seattle and Seattle City Light was very LATE in the game to even allow online payments. They gotten more sophisticated now. They don't charge us to pay online. These fees to pay bills are getting way out of hand. |

That may have changed.. I dunno.. back in 2003 I had to pay it becuase I was out of work at the time (damn economy) and was close to late on my $500 power bill (damn older houses) .... but, since then, I mail checks every month to them. I think it's possible to pay over the phone free now.. not sure.. I just chose not to any more. |

I'm not usually for the govt. getting involoved in too much, but this is one thing that does need to change. I always though that only the people who were late on paying and had bad payment history got wapped to pay their bill, not people who pay on time consistently. The line between good customer bad customer is getting to smeared now with these bs fees. |
