Our usage meter went active on Wednesday March 31. I was shocked to see how little we had used since the first of the year.

Same Here. I'm pretty shocked at how
little
bandwidth I use considering the applications I use on a daily basis.
FTP TVoIP File Sharing Terminal Services etc.
