I agree with the second poster; your broadband QOS or ISP routing sucked? I had problems in the past with Verizon and they moved me to a new router. Also keep in mind the sever(s) are in Cali which will create some lag which is noticeable if the circumstances line up. Not picking on PP this is just the nature of the beast.
Ex. I have an old friend who loves to use speakerphone or crank the volume up. Well this could easily create a echo with any VoIp provider. Now this person has Charter which does not play well with VoIp so he is on random ports.
Can you see now why VoIp can be a royal PITA at times? So many things that PP has no control over that can turn a Cadillac into a Jeep, lol.
