Need to know the following:

Brand & Model Number of router.

Firmware revision.

Roughly how old.

Give us that info, we can see if it is a setting issue or what.

May be just as practical to buy a new one also.

I take it you have already changed the DNS servers from within the router setup, right?

I tried logging in after unapplying the router, and the same thing happened. I think it's some kind of new IP banning system from the site. Sorry for wasting your time.

As a final note, if you think that they are blocking your IP address, either goto your local cable office to get your modem swapped out or purchase your own cable modem and get it provisioned. In either case, at lease in O.C., they have assigned me a new IP address that was different from before. We did learn that they are not blocking TWC/RR's prefix because other TWC/RR users are able to connect. Good Luck!

I also forgot to mention that there's an account ban in place as well, so I probably won't be able to go in for a while.
