There are so many aspects of owning a cell phone. It isn't a shiny device to make calls anymore. Get with the program and open your eyes.<br><br>The same system of "setting a limit" is actually set in place in many other countries. Now why would a company that charged a 1.99 bogus charge like Verizon, set limits when they actually want to ring in all the cash from the consumer... why would they ever implement such a program?
