Wow, you are one of the lucky ones. I can't even get ahold of them to tell them what is wrong. They hang up or re-queue you all the time.

Tip: DON'T ever change your phone number. I did, and they said DSL would be out 2 hours. Its been a week, and they still don't know what to do, and stated it may takes weeks to fix (They don't even know what to fix).
