Re: [Cable] Cable Woe'sAnother call to the support desk today. I should have received word back on something yesterday. When I didn't receive a call, I called in myself.
The support agent was polite and asked me to give them until this morning. I called back in today, and there is still no update. This time around however I've been assured a manager is working on it.
I should receive a call back today with an update either way. I'd like to say (As of right now - Tuesday) that I can almost put money on this connection NOT being live anytime before or during this weekend. Even though it's days away. |
