Speeds are HORRIBLE!!!

I am having horrible speeds and latency in the Shinnston area. I haven't seen no more than 1.2mb since Sunday. Have never had this before. Any one else in the Shinnston, Buckhannon area seeing this???

Never mind, I have found out it is a local issue in my area. There seems to be a break in cable feeding Idamay.
