Re: Cancelling TV but keeping Internet

I've always begrudged paying for the TV side of things as I don't think it's worth it, but I was never able until recently to get a good signal via antenna (I have to use indoor antenna's as it's a rented house). I tried again recently and I can get all major networks now, so that plus Netflix Canada being available has made me decide that it's time to dump cable tv and save myself close to 100 bucks a month!

I am checking netflix out....I only had cable in the past because I worked for them. Quite honestly I dont like what Canadian Content has to offer for the most part. When I worked in the USA the cable was more expensive but honestly worth it, always found something to watch. Quite honestly I surf the guide more than watch anything else anymore sooo time to dump the cable.

Netflix Canada is terrible. Compared to the US content, again us Canadians are getting the shaft.

It has actually improved quite a bit in the last month. A lot of great flicks are starting to pop up.

Give it time.
