Part of the problem is that you have no DNS entries.
It also looks like you are receiving a NON-internet routable ip address (the whole 10.xxx.xxx.xxx block is intended for internal Class A networks). I am not sure how the Louisville system is set up, but I suspect that you should be receiving a 12.xxx.xxx.xxx ip address.
I have a linksys, and have the following settings:
Host Name: empty
Domain Name: empty
Lan IP address: the default is 192.168.1.1 (set it according to how you want your internal network to function)
Subnet Mask: the default is 255.255.255.0 (see comment from LAN IP)
WAN IP address: set it to "Obtain an IP address automatically" (this is the important one)
Considering that you are retrieving a 10.xxx ip address I wonder if something is wrong upstream (InsightBB problems). It may just be that your computer can't resolve DNS requests. Try visiting a site by IP. For example www.dell.com is »
143.166.224.86/If you get to Dell's site then you know you at least have a connection to the internet. Sorry if this isn't much help.
