Wow, I simply have to respond to this.

First of all, you criticize people for being "spammers and AT&T haters" simply because they post their problems in the forum? This is a support forum, for goodness sake; discussing problems is what the forum is for. When people are having problems with their service, posting it to the forum is one way to discern whether the problem is limited to just their home or is more widespread.

Second, your dismissal of people with service problems as AT&T haters is really immature. I'm one of the people who was having serious video problems, and I've been nothing but a tireless advocate for how great the U-verse service is (I've convinced several friends to subscribe to the service). Your sweeping generalizations are therefore pointless and ill-informed.

Third, the problems with Netflix have already been well documented, so you're verifiably wrong when you say that the problem must be with the user's equipment or connection. A forum topic of this type is a way for users to find out about problems such as the one Netflix has been having, and therefore serves a totally valid purpose.

Finally, why are you even in a support forum if your service is working so flawlessly? If you're not here to help, but rather just to call names and criticize, I'd suggest that YOU are the "spammer" and "hater."
