www.ci.quincy.il.us/Comc ··· 2-28.PDF) Comcast promised additional HDTV channels and ON DEMAND to Quincy for a price increase it had just implemented. At this time Quincy only has 4 HDTV channels, and no ON DEMAND, and it is 3 years later.
