It turns out "simultaneous" means something quite different in real time.  I set up to ring my anveo registered softphone and voxalot, also registered.  Without failure, voxalot only got rung up about 3-5 rings after anveo.  How exactly do we measure "simultaneity"?]]></description>

I am seeing from Main: Anveo Platform Minutes Usage 9 minutes worth of usage.  Then I go into inbox but I could not find any call records at all which means I could not put sip callers into Backlist.  Then I check reports and could not find any call records at all.  Heck, where are those 9 minutes worth of sip communication?  ]]></description>

Anveo really listen to their customers and if it is possible I'm sure they will add a control achieving what you want.<br><br>I have made several suggestions and I am impressed how fast my suggestions have been implemented. I didn't even realize losing the ability for free outgoing on GV with option 1.<br><br>I would probably do option 2 or option 4.<br><br>For option 4, since I am already running a dynamic DNS for hosting my TED 5000 system so no additional DDNS setup is needed. So I only need to forward Anveo's DID. Can you point me to what is the string to use in Anveo's setup? <br><br>I would need to do a port forward for 5060 and 5061 from my router to the Obi device correct?]]></description>

On the Free plan, you get 40 minutes/day and then pay $0.015/min.<br><br>I would recommend personal/office unlimited DID, but I think even then calls coming in via SIP URI are charged out of "platform minutes".<br><br>Option 4 would be most cost effective. For incoming, the Obi100 is registered to Callcentric (pay-per-minute) and Google Voice. For outgoing, I am using GV to dial out for domestic, and CWU to dial out for international. <br><br>I am trying to figure out what is the best way to try Anveo without disrupting my current setup too much.<br><br>To test dialing out is pretty easy. I just need to add another provider into the Obi100 setup.<br><br>For incoming, I am thinking that I will signup for a Anveo DID. Then I will have one of the options:<br><br>1) Replace the GV registration with Anveo. I will forward calls from GV to Anveo. I believe there would be no additional charges with this option (GV doesn't charge for forwarding).<br><br>2) Replace the CallCentric registration with Anveo, and SIP forward calls from CallCentric to Anveo. I believe Callcentric does not charge to SIP forward calls, but does it charge to receive calls? (note: I am on the pay-per-minute plan at Callcentric).<br><br>Are any other options I can consider? <br><br>Thanks for any suggestions.]]></description>
