TekSavvy → [Cable] Markham slowdown after 8pm?

Is anyone else experiencing cable slowdowns after 8ish pm? I'm noticing a trend in my Internet speed. Starting at 8pm the speed drops drastically and packet loss occurs. Pings to google.ca spike to 100+ easily. Speediest.net pings reach to about 200ms.

After 12-1am, all is well. Mornings are fine too.

I'm at 16th and woodbine area.

So far so good.. Speeds peaking to 1.8 Megabytes/s.
