Why is this thread stickied? It's a duplicate of an older thread: »[Signals] Is this upstream channel bonding?

I asked Johkal to post it and indicated I would sticky it. The intention of this thread is to try to track when/where it is rolling out. The other thread, per the title, was a little different.
