The errors reference the SHELL32.dll (Fault Module Name: SHELL32.dll) and ntdll.dll (Fault Module Name: ntdll.dll) which are Windows components.
However it is quite possible the problem is a problematic third party shell extension.
Have you recently installed a program that would have added a context menu entry for drives? |

I installed Agent Ransack 0n 06/26 and things have been working fine; I've made any number of searches. I have also re-booted several times today, but the problem would not go away. BUT ... thanks to you pointing me in the right direction, I right clicked on a folder, selected AR, did a small search, closed AR and now the problem has disappeared! Go figure ... I'll be keeping an eye on this to see if it happens again. Thanks Again. |

You're welcome.
Post back if the problem reappears. |
