Those two seem to repeat in that order.

The errors reference the SHELL32.dll (Fault Module Name: SHELL32.dll) and ntdll.dll (Fault Module Name: ntdll.dll) which are Windows components.

However it is quite possible the problem is a problematic third party shell extension.

Have you recently installed a program that would have added a context menu entry for drives?

I installed Agent Ransack 0n 06/26 and things have been working fine; I've made any number of searches.
I have also re-booted several times today, but the problem would not go away.
BUT ... thanks to you pointing me in the right direction, I right clicked on a folder, selected AR, did a small search, closed AR and now the problem has disappeared!
Go figure ... I'll be keeping an eye on this to see if it happens again.
Thanks Again.

You're welcome.

Post back if the problem reappears.
