I suspect the opinion is much lower when Tivo users are factored in. TWC, I believe, uses SDV, and Insight has not to date.

Would they introduce SDV into an already all-digital system? I thought their plans were to do away with SDV by migrating to a all-digital system within 5 years. We are already there.

edit....well at least here in Lex. I am uncertain as to the rest of Insight territory.

In Columbus, TW already has it, so it's not a case of them introducing it necessarily. I don't know anything about their plans to get rid of it, but hopefully that turns out to be the case.

TWC wants to do both SDV and analog reclamation, stating that the two of them complement each other.
