Spoken like a true little boy who did exactly that and doesn't like it when someone else does it. A temper tantrum you say? Well let me enlighten you. Working without a contract allows the company to do whatever it wants to employees without fear of repercussion of breaking the same contract that they are fighting for. Without a contract, the company can stop giving you benefits, vacation time, wages, whatever it wants. And for your information, if the company would have bargained to begin with, the workers would still be there doing the job.
These are the same people that patronize the small businesses that Walmart is putting out of business. Those small business owners that make the local little league able to play by donating money to buy uniforms and equipment. The same people that send there kids to college to benefit the assholes like yourself by teaching them to fight for others whether it be in politics, the legal system, of unions. These are the same people responsible for you having the right to go home safely every day because they fought for safe working conditions.
And just for the record, the customers are our priority, but not at the expense of taking it in the ass by some CEO making my yearly salary in a day and telling me I don't deserve what I earn. Let's see how happy you are when your employer sticks it up your ass you prick.
Sorry, dude... Assholes or otherwise, in this day and age you are going to find less and less people agreeing with this sentiment. If you don't think your employer is giving you what you "deserve", then find another job. Just like the rest of us.
