test1test posted : From the first day AOL offered DSL service I wanted to just get it!Hearing all the
advertisements about flash downloads and supersonic speeds I said to my self what is $20
extra on my already $21.95 a month anyway? But once I finally had it installed on
Aug3......wasn't like I thought it would be.I since then had like 80-170Kbps downloads
and nearly 7-9Kbps uploads.Very unstable service.I called AOL customer support (very
nice people I should say) we went through EVERYTHING!!!!! but no difference! Now I
currently have a problem report pending.....lets see!I hope I get close to what at least I'm
supposed to be getting in the first place(608/96).

P.S:If any one in the NY area is experiencing similar problems and especially in the
Bronx area(10463,10467) please spare a minute and let me know!
