I see you're from Easton, head up to the Avenue C office. Print the offer out, head into the office with it, and plead your case. They have the power to help. Make sure to note the price assurance (year 2 and year 3) to make sure your deal is still a better offer. This worked for me in the past. It's important to note the price assurance offer is still lower than yours. They have nothing to stand on then.

Ive been to avenue C. Do you mean plead my case to the girls in the front behind the bulletproof glass ? lol...They dont really seem like they have the authority to change anything. Just sort of taking/givig out converter boxes and accepting payments.
