Well, there's definitely an issue. I think these charts will do for showing it?

Thanks everyone.

Edit: Does anyone know what the Pingtest.net "Packets Sent" and "Packets Received" mean?

Is it packets sent from me, and received by the server? Or sent from me, and received by me? (AKA sent from the server?)

My sent packets is always 250, and received is usually lower.

as far as i understood it, the server is sending 250 packets and you're seeing how many you receive. anything less than the full 250 received and you're seeing packet loss (which your graphs also show)
