You are just a bitter little man, you know that?
You move stuff around, you choose the wrong jack, and automatically someone else should know that you were smart enough not to try and plug it back into an original one to try it out...
Tech support is swamped with calls from people like you, hence the hold time.
Here's a tip, when you make any changes any something is not working, try to troubleshoot your system first. Don't assume the problem is with the line or on the other end!

And one more thing: DSL is a privilege, not a right!

yea yea yea.my sentiments exactly. No Dsl company is perfect. Be patient and in the long run enjoy.

THanks for not ripping into me like these other, people did...
I just am tired of pacbell techs in here acting like they are smart. When I signed up for Pacbell the tech lied to me and gave me a USB modem which totally fucked my OS to hell...then refused to help me and the DSL CS only gave me the run around.
