Re: Who can I talk to?oh trust me, I'm in there already and they've been helpful, but its not addressing my issue, putting my modem on a watch list, that only monitors it for time periods is fine, but its not fixing the issue, I'm still not getting my service that I am paying for. At this point, I want to speak to a human being that can directly address and influence things, or at least do something to alleviate the fact I'm paying 60.00 for 19kbps upload speeds...... |
