Ok well I checked out that Camry, looks very clean the owner was honest. There were a few rust spots which he sanded, painted. A few little scuffs here and there and he told me the only thing needed is a new gasket on catalytic converter which runs for around $100.00 all in. We took it to Canadian Tire anyways and they confirmed it just needed the $100.00 job to pass safety, it already has the E-test and I was able to haggle down the price to 2100. I think I'm going to go ahead with it because i've heard nothing bad of the late 90s Camrys and they seem very reliable.
As for the "Civic", the kind woman was kind enough to offer and knock $200 off the price. Now i'll only have to pay $2,500 to have a non-existent civic shipped right to my door!
