Hey, Dude...same run-around here!

Hey...hopefully, my DSL will be activated tomorrow like promised. How did you get them to fix your busy splitter problem (or did it just get fixed one day without you really asking them)? Anyways, I'm also from San Jose, CA (Campbell, actually). Glad you got your broadband...hope to be able to say the same thing about myself tomorrow. Pac.

I hope by the time you read this your sync will be a steady green. To get them to fix the busy splitter message I had to wait 5-10 days for them to fix it at the CO. I got that error message 2X. One of the Senior Tech's told me that the "Busy Splitter" was due to a mis-wiring of your port. More or less the port that you were assigned is in use by someone else. Keep me posted on your install..
