Sure they all surround themselves with top level talent, but they still need to be involved.<br><br>I know my CEO travels at least 3-4 days a week to oversee our locations. I was watching a documentary on Costco the other day and their old CEO would travel over 200 days a year. I'm not saying every company is like this, but making the generalization that CEOs do nothing is not correct.<br><br>Tell me Steve Jobs was not actively involved with running Apple. Is Tim Cook as involved as Steve Jobs, no, but I'm sure he still leads the direction of the company.]]></description>
