Logically I can see how you've arrived at your conclusion from my statement. You will note that my position ended with "but I wish it were otherwise".
Once a famous philosopher was asked if he agreed with Chairman Mao's statement that a "thing might be true and false at the same time". His reply was "I agree and disagree".
I can't remember ever seeing a comment of yours with respect to an image of mine in the past (8 or 9 years), but I can remember some verbal sparring. Nothing new here.
Why generalize? Who are you to speak for "the folks in this forum". I can assure you that some of my opinions re the Gallery are more widely held than you suspect.
