I do find after 20 years of computer and network support it does get tiresome.

Same probs every day. "I can't print", "I forgot my password", "I can not access our network share", "I need a new share created where certain have read/write/delete/modify rights and others read only", "I need more disk space", etc, etc...

Same old, same old... Used to be fun one time...

You should read the BOFH stuff, if you haven't already. :D. I used to do that kind of work 20 years ago, but I switched to programming. However the office job has taken a toll on my lower back. I've been in pain since Monday, and I just missed two days as well. The sitting position is the worst, but even lying down is painful. Been dealing with this off and on for over 4 years, and the tests don't show anything.
