I'm on the Cable 18 plan (18/0.5). With the "Extra Extra Large file", my download speed ranged from 1.1 MB/s to 1.3 MB/s.




The highest download speed I can get consistently is 2.8 MB/s (22.4 Mb/s). And that's only from a very good server (like one from Microsoft). Also, I'm using a DOCSIS 2.0 modem (Motorola SB5101N).
