WMP11 Question...I was wondering if anyone has used the WMP11...i am having some problems with it. I can play games, with good ping, and get on AIM and IRC, but web pages wont load, i put in a regular lan card and cat5 cable and the prob was solved, any suggestions? And also, is WMP11 really the way to go in the case of wireless pci cards? |

I had the same problem, tried to flash the firmware to the latest version, but it kept displaying a message saying the firmware wasn't compatible with the OS or environment and it would re-flash it back to the original version and quit working again. If I cancelled the message, it would work fine. Tech support said send the card back, but I think it is an issue with the PCI compatibility as the WMP11 is only compatible with PCI 2.1 or something like that. I have an older Gateway PIII-500 system that I'm trying to get the specs for. Good luck! |

Can anyone help me? I bought a WMP11 because the Linksys FAQ site said that it would work w/ Macs. I installed it in a Mac G4 Desktop but now can't figure out a way to get a driver installed so that the computer will recognize the WMP11. |
