Speed Tests...Could anybody, with the Pro Cable Package, post their speed test results?
I would like to know how consistent the Upload speed is.
Start's Pro Cable speeds are: 45 down / 4 up. |

I am new to Start as of yesterday, but I have run a bunch of speed tests and without QOS my upload is always 3.98 or thereabouts on whatever test I use. |
