So far this build seems stable. I was running into the crash after wake from hibernation on Win7 x64 with 6.1. With 6.3, this bug appears resolved...

Not sure which version, but they can't put Bing desktop on Linux (Mint)

Would Skype even run if you have Bing in the hosts file?
